Creative Menstruations
The workshop aims to bring girls and adolescents closer to truthful, up-to-date and scientific information about menstruation and the menstrual-ovulatory cycle, from a loving, understanding and fun approach, leaving aside the taboos reproduced at home, school or in the media.
Who is this workshop for?
● Girls aged 8 to 11 years
● Teenagers aged 12 to 15 years

• My body as a space to understand and care for
• Understanding my health and my cycle
• Getting to know my uterus
• Menstrual dignity and self-respect
• Managing menstruation at home and at school
Menarche Support
This educational space seeks to provide mothers with contextualized information about menstruation and the menstrual-ovulatory cycle. This knowledge will help participants to critically rethink their own cycles and to provide loving and respectful support to their daughters during menarche and menstrual cycles.
Who is this workshop for?:
Mothers of girls and teenagers aged 8 to 15 years.

● Memories, experiences, and menstrual contexts
● Self-Knowledge and self-care
● Anatomy and physiology of the menstrual cycle
● Menstruation with dignity
Healthy Menstruation
The workshop seeks to positively transform the menstrual experience of women and people who menstruate, through the understanding of menstruation and the menstrual-ovulatory cycle as vital signs of health.
Who is this workshop for?:
Women and menstruating individuals aged 18 to 39 years.
What we explore together:
● Cyclical health
● Anatomy and physiology of the menstrual cycle
● Hormones and your cycle rhythm
● Archetypes, seasons, and moon phases
● Healthy menstrual products
Fullness Menopause
This educational space seeks to provide women with accurate, up-to-date and scientific information about perimenopause and menopause, in order to break cultural taboos and move towards the archetype of the wise woman.
Who is this workshop for?:
Women and menstruating individuals aged 40 to 55 years.
What we explore together:
● Understanding perimenopause and menopause and their differences
● Hormonal revolution: estrogens and progesterone
● Self-managed gynecology and health
● Signs and not symptoms
● The archetype of the wise woman
